Classic Dark Chocolate Truffles

A simple, luscious recipe inspired by Lindsey Shere of Chez Panisse

These truffles are pure magic—silky, deeply chocolatey, and just the right amount of grown-up indulgent. They come together with just a handful of ingredients and make the perfect handmade gift… or late-night treat (no judgment).

Small Batch (makes about 30 bite-sized truffles)

Directions

  1. Chop & Melt

  3. Pour & Chill

Line a shallow container or small baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture in, aiming for about a ½-inch thick layer. Smooth the top, cover, and chill until firm (at least a few hours or overnight).
